Would stay here again when I travel to Nashville. This is surely the best budget hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Impeccable rooms. The setting is marvelous and comfy. Right by Opry Mills mall.

Its rooms are recently renovated and a decent size with very comfortable bed.

The hotel was pretty standard and truly exceptional, it exceeded all expectations, I truly enjoyed its marvellous location not far from the Grand Ole Opry or Opry Mills, most attractions and Nashville. The personnel was excellent and very pleasant.

I booked a room several weeks before arrival. When I arrived at the hotel after driving almost a 1000 miles from Canada, the informed me that my room had been cancelled. Nobody at the hotel knew who or how the room was cancelled. Luckily we arrived a day earlier and they had a room availible. I would really like to know who and why the room got cancelled.

The room was newly renovated and had a decent size. The bed was very comfortable, especially after being upgraded. The location was great. Free on-site parking was a plus.

This venue had a great location, and the staff here were awesome throughout our stay! The room we were given was big and quite peaceful, plus the bed was super comfy. we had a really good experience here! 😊

It was near the Grand Ole Opry.

The room, carpet, furniture, and bedding felt wet from the air conditioner. We went to Walgreens to purchase sheets because our sheets had hairs on them. The hotel was unclean in the halls and our room wasn't as clean as we are used to. Luckily we stayed only two night, thank goodness. We moved to a hotel in Brentwood which was much much cleaner and not wet feeling. Do not stay here unless you are getting a cheap rate.

The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. They even went so far as to recommend a tour and make reservations for us as we unpacked. If it weren't for the staff, I would not have enjoyed my stay as much.

While the room was clean, there were obvious signs of age. Wallpaper was stained. Ceiling plaster was chipped. The bathroom was clean; however, there were signs of rust or hard water stains. Water pressure was good in the shower, but too strong in the sink. When the sink water was on, the pressure was so strong it splattered water all over the counter. Beds were comfortable and for the price the room was good.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The room had a musty smell, was a much older hotel. No counter top in the bathroom. Old faucets & beds. Linens were older. Not much space for breakfast. Will not stay here again.

I enjoy that everything was in walking distance. Touring Gaylord Opryland was so exciting for me and the kids. Golf Course and Go Cart for entertainment was very exciting. All in all we had a great time.

The rooms are quite spacious, and the beds are very comfortable, providing guests with everything they need for a relaxing stay.

The continental breakfast was nice. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The room had a funky smell and the bedspread had stains on the under side. The trim around the bathroom door was not clean. It looked like dried snot was all over it. Some of the towels were ratty. It needs some new linens.
